The basic ethos of the business is that everything has an origin, a “province” and a story. The food is very focused on balance and nutrition with plenty of superfoods incorporated into the menu. Lunch and dinner is also very healthy, with the majority of dishes being share plates.

The cocktail list features premium products, and all cocktails are made without refined sugars or syrups. The wine list features wine varietals from every “Province” in the world, with a focus on minimal intervention.

Province’s Chef Matt Loria brings world class standards, having worked alongside such Australian icons as Neil Perry and Matt Moran, as well as extensive experience in leading Asian Establishments. His unique style was crafted during ten years cooking in-house with private clients. His philosophy compliments Provinces commitment to providing the best produce and service on the Gold Coast.
